Ms. Triplett is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, having litigated a variety of cases from inception through judgment. Ms. Triplett’s practice emphasizes complex commercial litigation, including actions involving mass torts, class action claims, and products liability, as well as soft intellectual property (copyright, trademark, and licensing).

Admitted to the State Bar of California, State Bar of Florida, and State Bar of New York, as well as a variety of federal courts throughout the United States, Ms. Triplett has extensive experience representing U.S. and foreign businesses in complex litigation, negotiation, and general corporate law/transactional law.

Prior to joining McCullough Ginsberg Montano & Partners, Ms. Triplett was a senior associate at a top AM LAW 200 national law firm practicing in all phases of products liability and commercial litigation. Very early in her career, and as a result of her national achievements in moot court, she was individually selected to be a part of the Houston Trial Team on the largest class action securities case in U.S. history, the Enron Newby matter.


  • Attorney presently responsible for managing the defense of all New York litigation—both state and federal—for Fortune 500 client, including individual supervision and day-to-day handling of initial investigation, motion practice, discovery, and trial planning
  • National Coordinating Counsel defending over 120 federal multidistrict litigation mass tort cases for Fortune 1000 client with individual supervision of initial investigation, motion practice, discovery, and trial planning
  • Negotiated and drafted favorable settlement agreements involving copyright, licensing, and franchising contracts
  • Negotiated dismissals with plaintiffs’ counsel in over 20 multidistrict high profile mass tort cases, resulting in significant decrease in potential exposure for client and national press coverage
  • Second-chaired multimillion dollar securities bench trial, resulting in a complete dismissal of client prior to judgment
  • Prepared international intellectual property contracts, including counseling clients as to contractual language best served to protect their interests
  • Lead attorney taking and defending depositions across the country on high profile mass torts matters
  • Obtained dismissal, with prejudice, of high profile mass tort bellwether suit due to strategic deposition and discovery handling
  • Obtained dismissal, with prejudice, of two separate federal mass torts actions on judicial estoppel grounds
  • Obtained dismissal, with prejudice, on behalf of a manufacturer following a Motion for Terminating Sanctions in a federal wrongful death matter
