Mr. Parlin has extensive litigation, trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts around the country. His areas of practice include complex commercial cases involving mass/toxic torts, class actions, products liability, environmental litigation, contracts and commercial suits, insurance coverage litigation and international and domestic arbitrations and mediations.

Prior to joining McCullough Ginsberg Montano & Partners LLP, Mr. Parlin was a Senior Associate with an international law firm, where he practiced all phases of commercial litigation around the country.


  • Obtained directed verdict in RICO-related fraud trial in the District of New Jersey
  • First chair in Hurrican Sandy Trials
  • Conducted fact and expert discovery in major asbestos insurance coverage trial in Delaware
  • Tried and obtained directed verdict in the Eastern District of New York in a customs tariff classification case
  • First chair in 12-week environmental coverage trial involving chlorinated solvents (Perc, TCE & TCA)
  • Represented and settled naturally cured ham manufacturer in bet-the-company breach of contract action brought by Starbucks
  • Represented largest independent oil refining company in multi-million dollar coverage action stemming from nitrogen asphyxiation and obtained key partial summary judgment ruling that resulted in settlement
  • Tried, settled and/or dismissed numerous pharmaceutical products liability cases (PPA & Phen-Fen) for major pharmaceutical company
  • Successfully moved to dismiss class action lawsuit for manufacturer involving artificial hips & knees
  • Second chair in 8-week precedent-setting coverage trial in Iowa
  • Managed and directed international and national discovery in complex cases concerning commercial litigation, insurance coverage and securities fraud
  • Second chair in securities fraud trial in the Southern District of New York
  • Argued quia timet appeal before the second circuit
  • Expertise in all aspects of e-discovery, digital investigations and evidence, and data privacy
  • Conduct internal corporate investigations, including FCA, FCPA and FLSA claims
  • Interpret and analyze insurance policies (All Risk, CGL, D & O, Errors & Omission, Fidelity, Financial Guaranty, Professional Liability and CyberNet)
