McCullough Ginsberg & Partners LLP is a litigation and corporate law firm known for its dedication to its clients, legal expertise and successful outcomes. Ted McCullough, Simon Ginsberg, and Jim Montano founded the firm to deviate from the accepted norm and created a law firm to more efficiently meet their clients’ needs.
At MGP we focus on our clients. We listen to what they have to say, and apply our legal expertise to deliver the results they seek before, during, and after litigation. We view law as a personal service profession and personally litigate our cases rather than bringing in and then passing off matters to attorneys that are unknown to the client.
The members of MGP collectively bring a vast amount of litigation experience representing small businesses, as well as some of the largest publicly and privately held companies in the United States and abroad, in areas including products liability and toxic tort defense; environmental litigation; corporate and commercial litigation; intellectual property; and international arbitration. MGP’s practice also encompasses commercial landlord tenant litigation, class action litigation, and appellate work. Whatever the issue – we are responsive, dedicated, and results driven.
It has been our experience that too often traditional law firms focus primarily on their own institutional needs, which are based almost exclusively on the static notion of amassing the most billable hours possible through leveraging junior associate’s time. MGM’s genesis was premised on rejecting this business model. Without the burden of traditional law firm large overhead expenses, and with a desire to focus on our clients– objectives, we have the ability to create unique relationships to better serve our clients. With initiatives like Investment Billing, Hybrid Billing, and Virtual General Counsel, we are changing the way clients are served.
