Prior to becoming a founding member of our firm, Mr. Ginsberg was an attorney at O’Sullivan Graev & Karabell and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, where he specialized in private equity and acquisitions.
Mr. Ginsberg, was a co-founder and general counsel of Service Finance Company, a nationwide originator consumer loans. The company was acquired in 2017. He was also a founder and board member of User Centric Communications, a licensed telecommunications carrier rated the 6th fastest growing tech company in New York by Deloitte and Touche, in 2005.
In 2018, Mr. Ginsberg founded ContractHub.com, the legal portal for corporate attorneys and general counsel to create documents without redundant inputs, have them approved, distributed, tracked, signed, and stored.
Mr. Ginsberg helps companies grow by investing, raising capital, providing interim CFO and GC support, and providing strategic vision to owners and operators.
